| Theres nothing else to discuss. You received a product...you went to install it...it had problems...then nothing was done about it because I wasn't aware of it. You then go on a AMZ hating spree because of your own personal beliefs with personal attacks towards me that have nothing to do with AMZ and the business and form a greater dislike for me and especially AMZ. The bottom line is this. AMZ has never done anything to you. AMZ carried out its obligation for your order. AMZ did all aspects of your transaction lawfully and respectfully. Personal issues is where all of this steams from of which is fine..but you can not cross the two. In posting the thread you started you not only hurt my business but you also caused a huge headache for me and other customers who currently use AMZ services. If you had any personal issues with me you should have sent them behind closed doors instead you made it a point to voice your opinion openly and still to this day with your antics on trying to make me look bad with your demeaning statements, of which had no merit concerning AMZ as a company. Further more..if there is ANYTHING I can do to help resolve this issue or any other issue you with me PERSONALLY then contact me. Other than that I see no where in any of the posts/threads that shows any unfair treatment towards you from the portrayal you've given to me. As for the hundred others reading....This entire situation was based on a personal opinion on me (Mitchell Wilson) and not AMZ.
Also....your comment about being 30+...wrong there as well....there would be a reason as to why I stayed with my mother. Would it occur to you that I was going to move out and get my own place but since my mother was diagnosed with having a form of brain cancer I thought it was respectful to stay home and take care of her. Not to mention her slight handicap in that she sometimes can not walk due to an operation she had on her leg...which resulted in blood clots that are life threatening. So kudos for looking like the bigger man when you were ignorant of information.
I have nothing else further to say. AMZ is a proven company with tons of offerings for the Z community. I work very hard at bringing new products to market and its very hard for a single business owner to run a full wagon of tasks.
